This proposal presents a new apartment block in an ideal location near Horsham Station. The setting provides convenience and accessibility for residents. Our role optimised the developer client’s return on investment by conducting feasibility studies, preparing submissions for pre-application advice, and planning.
Despite challenges posed by a nearby Grade II listed building, our experience ensured a smooth process to planning. The result is a modern building with 24 spacious and contemporary apartments, inspired by Victorian architecture and equipped with energy-efficient features.
The focus on sustainability includes electric vehicle charging points, bike storage, and a green roof for biodiversity. Overall, it offers a high-quality, sustainable living environment.
