We have developed a feasibility study for a community focused, residential led, mixed-use development of a significant city block in the Midlands for a community institution. Our role, formed consensus among the community & committee for the brief and led to the promotion of project custodians to ensure delivery.
The redeveloped urban block signifies the arrival of the city centre where its buildings sit comfortably as part of a larger family of tall buildings in the immediate surroundings. The development will deliver 100 homes, community hall, artist studio's, business incubator and retail space.
