Svinder leads our large projects in private and social housing, community projects, workplaces, industrial buildings, retail interiors, and hotels. His rigorous approach is invaluable for navigating the intricacies of large-scale projects from establishing feasibility, navigating planning and technical development.
Insightful interpretations of context, a strong emphasis on collaboration and design excellence enable him to develop the shared objectives between clients and stakeholders.
Within the practice, Svinder plays a crucial role as our design and technical lead, keeping us at the forefront of developments in BIM and AI whilst ensuring design quality at all stages.
Svinder shares his expertise as a lecturer and design critic across various schools of architecture in the UK, while also serving as a mentor to undergraduate architecture students from underrepresented background and advocates for diversity in the construction industry.

Zoë leads our Urban Design projects and specialises in intricate infill sites, projects with community and heritage aspects and has contributed to a diverse array of projects, encompassing large-scale urban developments, suburban densification, and the rejuvenation of rural brownfield sites.
Zoë’s objective is to craft inclusive and well designed environments that optimize benefits for all stakeholders while nurturing a coexistence between people and nature.
Dedicated to supporting young professionals, Zoë mentors young professionals and has shared her insights and knowledge in architecture and interior design through teaching positions and being a visiting design critic at several UK Universities.
Within our firm, she plays a crucial role in business development and overseeing financial operations.
