We have obtained planning consent to combine two flats into a generous single-family residence situated in the charming town of St Albans. The property is extended to seamlessly reconfigure and unite the living areas with sunset views from the garden terraces. As part of the project, we have also transformed and modernized the exterior to complement its existing period features.
