Our goal is to create a positive impact on society through our work and the way we conduct business. Diversity is at the heart of our management team, with 50% ethnic minority and 50% female leadership. In our office, 66% of our employees are from ethnic minority backgrounds and 66% are female. We value the diversity of our clients as well, and our inclusive process and approach have enabled us to support different voices and requirements, transforming projects into compelling and accessible spaces.
Giving Back
We have collaborated with numerous organizations in the charity sector, offering both Pro Bono project work and affordable services to help them maximize the potential of their assets. This commitment is a cornerstone of our work, and we take pride in our accessibility to groups that might otherwise be unable to afford the input of experienced designers.
Engaging with Education
We actively seek opportunities to collaborate with the next generation of construction industry professionals, aiming to increase access to architecture for underrepresented groups and promote the idea that the spaces we live, work, and play in should be accessible to all.
RIBA Architecture Ambassadors
We participate in the RIBA Architecture Ambassadors program, partnering architecture professionals with teachers to design and deliver creative workshops in schools. Through this initiative, we inspire children and young people with the potential of the built environment.
RIBA Future Architects
We take part in The RIBA Future Architects mentoring program, which brings architecture practices into education to support the next generation of architects. Each academic year, approximately 1,000 mentees and 500 mentors participate in this scheme.
Social Mobility Foundation
As mentors with the Social Mobility Foundation, a charity dedicated to improving social mobility for young people who lack support from their schools or families, we are actively involved in making a practical difference.
London Living Wage Employer
We are proud to be an accredited Living Wage employer. By voluntarily exceeding the government minimum, we ensure that all our employees earn a wage that is sufficient to support their livelihoods.
London Practice Forum
We are members of the London Practice Forum, a collective of London architectural practices who care about the city, its people and its built environment. The LPF fosters collaboration and exchange of ideas among architectural practices in London.
