Great to see our designs for this new build house emerging from the ground! We were busy discussing window colours and finalising brick soldier course details with the bricklayers.

We successfully gained planning consent to replace the existing bungalow with a new four-bedroom house where permission had been refused twice before by the previous consultant. We are progressing onto the interior fit-out and landscaping stages.

The new home features a large open plan kitchen/dining area with separate utility room, spacious living room with sliding doors leading into the garden. On the first floor there are four good sized bedrooms, family bathroom, separate shower room and airing cupboard on the first floor. The exterior of the property features  a brick, minimal profile metal windows powder coated in a green tone and matching rainwater goods. 

With the build nearing completion, we’re looking forward to seeing the final product and being able to share this beautiful new house with its soon-to-be owners. It has been an absolute pleasure working on this project and we wish the family all the best in their new home!
