We are delighted planning approval has been granted for a four bedroom new build house in Isleworth, West London.

This new build replaces an existing bungalow that has suffered from poor planning and numerous disjointed additions over the years, making it challenging to live in.

We have designed a new layout that maximizes natural light on all four sides and connects the living spaces to the garden. The thoughtful design ensures that the home can comfortably accommodate multiple generations of family members.

Following two previous unsuccessful attempts, the client engaged our services. We achieved a positive outcome to what had previously been a difficult and costly experience for them.

The building incorporates sustainable energy production through solar panels, incorporates air source heat pump system to heat and cool the home, optimizing comfort and minimizing energy consumption. Good levels of insulation and triple glazing enhance thermal performance, reducing heat loss and improving efficiency.
