A luxurious, new home in Kentish Town:

This maisonette's full refurbishment and extension in the heart of Kentish Town is complete, giving our client a beautiful new home.

We successfully secured planning to extend the property in a conservation area. The luxurious interior is completed with a Sebastian Cox - deVOL kitchen and complimentary paint colours.

We extended the property to its full potential and created a large open plan living space, fully equipped with new flooring throughout. We also added an additional bedroom in place of the existing outbuilding, creating two light-filled bedrooms.

The newly refurbished maisonette boasts a well-proportioned entrance hallway leading onto the luxurious kitchen/dining/living area, with a full width glazed door onto the newly landscaped garden.

The property was also re-wired and plumbed throughout, with new hot water systems and electrical fixtures including spotlights for a modern finish. We also added an additional bathroom to the rear of the property for convenience.

All in all, this project has been a great success, giving our clients an incredible home to enjoy for years to come. We are delighted with the transformation of this Kentish Town property and can’t wait to see what else we can do in the area!
